BlackBerry Bold 9700 launched in Australia with Telstra

After AT&T, now it is wireless carrier Telstra. AT&T recently launched BlackBerry Bold 9700 in the US market. Seeing the huge success of the handset, Testra paves BlackBerry Bold’s way to the Australia market.
In Australia the BlackBerry Bold 9700 will be made compatible to the Telstra Next G network.

According to the Product Management Executive Director of Testra, Ross Fielding, “Lighter and more powerful, the new Blackberry 9700 has a full keyboard and push email service which will help customers stay connected to their email, office calendar and the mobile internet. Teamed with Telstra’s Next G network it provides outstanding smartphone performance in more places.”

This new handset of BlackBerry packages 624 MHz processor along with a 2.44-inch light-sensing screen. The mobile is also well equipped with a touch-sensitive trackpad feature, which will allow intuitive and smooth responsive navigation to the user.

The BlackBerry Bold has 3.2-megapixel camera with auto focus and flash. It is also loaded with Wi-Fi connectivity feature of 802.11 b/g, GPS, Bluetooth 2.0 and a QWERTY keyboard. Nokia N900 is more than a phone; Its desktop

N900, the latest mobile computer from the house of Nokia was launched recently. According to sources the company has also started the shipping of the phone. It will be available in retail stores in November at MRP EUR 500, sales taxes and subsidies not included. The Nokia N900 computer phone runs on open source Maemo 5 software.

Initially Nokia N900 phone will be available in the retail markets of Europe, Middle-East, Russia and North America. One can even order the handset online from the website of Nokia Store.
