According to reports emerging recently, the much anticipated new HTC Bravo phone is about to be launched by T Mobile into its stores in the UK.

The high-end Android smartphone, is similar in many ways to the Google Nexus One. Pictures of the HTC Bravo have already appeared on the web.

Some of the features of the yet unreleased Bravo include a 3.7-inch WVGA AMOLED touch-screen display and a five-megapixel camera.

Along with that the handset is also configured with  a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Wi-Fi, GPS and HSDPA – same as the configurations of the Nexus One.

However, unlike the latter, the Bravo boasts of  multi-touch and a new optical trackpad, as against  the traditional trackball setup.

Rumours have it that T Mobile is launching the smartphone in March, which would approximately be around the same time that the Xperia X10 and the LG InTouch Max GW620 is unveiled.

T Mobile is the world’s seventh-largest mobile phone service provider in terms of subscriptions. Currently operating in ten European countries and the US, T  Mobile is quite widely flourishing.
