If we talk about the sound quality then I may define it as ‘it is awesome.’ Nokia N97 in fact has powerful sound quality.

The dialing of numbers is easy, but when I dialed from the contact list then it was a bit complex. I had to either scroll and click or else type a name and then click to browse the contacts.

Well, one thing is good that the virtual numeric pad of N97 easily replaces the physical keyboard in other applications apart from dialing by typing contacts. While dialing the handset asks every time whether you want to place a video call. I hardly find people using video calls and there was no option to skip this question.
